Because the majority of the heavy craftsmanship is completed off-site in our Kent factory, the time our installation team spends on-site is significantly reduced compared to a traditional brick-and-mortar build. All logistical and transport costs are clearly factored into your comprehensive quote from day one, meaning absolutely no hidden travel fees.

While our office is in Somerset, our purpose-built manufacturing facility is located in Kent—making it incredibly local to your Sussex property! Your bespoke oak frame is handcrafted by our master carpenters in a dry, highly controlled workshop environment. Once it is perfectly jointed and finished, it has only a short journey to your home for installation.

We handle it all for you. We have extensive experience securing planning permissions and building regulations across East and West Sussex, including heritage properties and homes within the South Downs National Park. We manage the entire application process, including structural calculations, taking the stress entirely off your shoulders.
