• Your unique brief: Following this meeting, we convert your brief into a set of prospective drawings where your building begins to take shape.

• Existing plans: If you already have drawings, we can provide a quote to get the ball rolling; we can adapt your existing drawings to include our beautiful oak frames.

This is the exciting part where your ideas drive the process. Our designers apply their years of experience to your plans, working with in-house engineers to produce a set of drawings that includes a full 3D model.

Virtual Tour: You will be able to see all of the glazing and detailed joinery via a virtual tour of your new building.

Refinement: You can make as many adjustments as you like until we arrive at a design that works for you.

Transparency: Once the design is agreed upon, we provide a full costing for the project.

Our manufacturing process is a major factor in our uniqueness. We have partnered with Trade Oak, the UK's best-rated oak frame supplier on Trustpilot. Each frame is manufactured using the latest technology in a purpose-built factory in Marden, Kent, ensuring the best quality products possible.

While your frame is being manufactured, the foundations and base will need to be built by a contractor of your choosing.

• Technical Support: We provide comprehensive technical drawings that can be handed over and used as a complete guide by your contractor.

• Quality Control: We inspect the site prior to our installers arriving to ensure the foundations have been installed correctly. We work closely with you and your builder to ensure this process is seamless.

Our expert installers will erect your beautiful oak building and fit any glazing or roof coverings where required. We understand the importance of this stage and use our experience to ensure it goes smoothly. The process is quick and simple, leaving you with a building that matches the 3D drawings generated by our designers.
